Crimson Harvest brings a traditional still-life subject into a contemporary abstract setting. Three pomegranates—whole and opened—form the focal point, their saturated reds and jewel-like seeds emerging dramatically from the deep, atmospheric background.
The fruit is rendered with greater realism while the surrounding space becomes increasingly expressive, with layered textures, subtle patterns, gestural marks, and areas that dissolve into abstraction.
