Veiled in Light explores subtle shifts between transparency and opacity, softness and structure, light and shadow.

Created intuitively through layers of mixed media and delicate textural materials, the composition developed gradually as forms emerged, disappeared, and revealed themselves again beneath the surface. Warm ivory, muted gold, soft gray, and charcoal create a restrained palette, allowing texture and light to become the focus of the painting.

The translucent, almost fragile quality of the surface changes as the light moves across it, revealing intricate lines, folds, and unexpected details. Rather than suggesting a single subject, Veiled in Light invites the viewer to discover their own forms and meanings within its layers.
