Part of my Early Collection, this portrait was created during the beginning of my studies at the Milan Art Institute. Even in these early stages, I found myself drawn to expressive portraiture, atmospheric color, and the emotional quality created through light and shadow.
Rather than focusing solely on realism, this piece explores mood, gesture, and painterly interpretation. Warm golden tones and loose brushwork create softness and movement while allowing the portrait to remain expressive and contemporary.
